Serves 4 People- Arriving the week before New Year’s Eve, perfect timing for a NYE celebration or decadent New Year’s Day feast!
Seasoned with a spiced compound butter and served with flavor-packed au jus and a horseradish cream sauce, this generous Rastelli’s prime rib roast will be the star of your holiday feast. Completing the meal are mashed potatoes, a cheesy creamed spinach gratin, rosemary and Gruyère biscuits, and a medley of roasted vegetables, caramelized to perfection. Be sure to save room for dessert — our warm chocolate cakes topped with a bright cherry-orange compote feature a decadent molten center. They’re the ultimate finish for your feast!
Rastelli’s premium meats is our butcher of choice. Their Black Angus cattle are pastured in large open fields and fed a 100% vegetarian diet. They’re grain-finished on high-moisture corn for 120 days, creating fantastic marbling and tender, flavorful beef. Like all of Rastelli’s products, our Holiday Prime Rib Roast is antibiotic, steroid, and hormone-free. Where does Gobble deliver?
Our Holiday Dinner boxes can be shipped nearly anywhere in the continental USA*, including both residential and business addresses. Whether you’re spending your holiday at home, visiting relatives, or staying at a vacation rental, you can have this box delivered!
*We currently ship to most zip codes in the United States, excluding AK, HI, MT, ND, and parts of NM.
When will my order arrive?
When ordering our Holiday Dinner Boxes, you will be able to choose which occasion you would prefer to enjoy your box: Christmas Day/Eve or New Year’s Day/Eve. Your delivery date will depend on your zip code and will be confirmed via email the week before delivery.
If you select Christmas Day/Eve week, then your order will arrive between Tuesday, December 19th, and Friday, December 22nd.
If you select New Year’s Day/Eve week, then your order will arrive between Tuesday, December 26th, and Friday, December 29th.
When will orders close?
Orders for Christmas Day/Eve Dinner will be accepted until Wednesday, December 13th at 11:59 pm local time or until supplies last.
Orders for New Year’s Day/Eve Dinner will be accepted until Wednesday, December 20st at 11:59 pm local time or until supplies last.

Our Holiday Dinner Box features a boneless, oven-ready Rastelli’s Prime Rib roast that has been wet-aged and hand-trimmed, coated in garlic herb seasoning to enhance its natural flavor.
Rastelli’s Black Angus cattle are pastured in large open fields and fed a 100% vegetarian diet. They’re grain-finished on high-moisture corn for 120 days, creating fantastic marbling and tender, flavorful beef.
Like all of our products, this Prime Rib Roast is antibiotic, steroid, and hormone-free. Our cattle are certified by the USDA as raised and fed through operations that provide a low-stress environment, with facilities designed by world-renowned animal care experts, and prioritize delivering access to fresh, clean water, adequate shade, and shelter.
How long does it take to prepare the Holiday Dinner?
If you’re preparing all of the sides and the Rastelli’s Prime Rib Roast on the same day, expect just over 2 hours of cooking time.
Can I receive this order with my regular Gobble delivery?
Our Holiday boxes are available only as one-off orders. Orders through Gobble’s subscription service will still be available to order for the week of Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
Will my food stay fresh if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
Yes, our refrigerated boxes are packed with ice and are designed to keep your food safe and cool even after being left on your doorstep. Once you receive your box, unpack it entirely and place all your Holiday kits in the fridge! Please make sure your Prime Rib is fully thawed before cooking.
Can I still order a Holiday box if I’m not a Gobble member?
Yes! You do not have to be a Gobble member to order one of our Holiday Dinner Boxes – just select your delivery week, add your information, and that’s it! No strings attached. If you’re interested in becoming a Gobble member, you can sign up at Gobble.com.
